One project of notable mention is the Alert South Bay Program; a regional integrated emergency notification system aimed at AB 1646 regulatory compliance and cross-jurisdictional notifications for major emergencies. It’s the first of its kind in the country.

Our training division focuses on helping clients meet their needs and regulatory requirements around state and federal mandates. Through in-person and online portals, our trainers are certified through the California Specialized Training Institute (CSTI) and FEMA. We currently provide the Safe School Plan Compliance Training for Los Angeles County Office of Education. 

We have designed, executed, and evaluated hundreds of exercises for numerous sectors of emergency response. This includes developing the emergency medical response to the Los Angeles Marathon, the inpatient hospital transfer at Santa Monica UCLA Medical Center, tabletop exercises for a CSU Campus, and planning, coordination, and response to the Torrance Armed Forces Day Parade from 2013-2018. We have also developed many school site and district-based exercises and scenarios ranging from development of an active shooter training and exercise at UCLA, Torrance Unified School District (TUSD), Laguna Beach Unified School District, and Emergency Operations Center exercises.

The Campus Safety Division/Group (CSG), has worked with schools and organizations of all sizes in the greater Los Angeles area on various school safety topics including lock-down/active shooter, campus-wide evacuation and student reunification, crisis communications, college campus personal safety, California Comprehensive School Safety Plan compliance, and disaster preparation and response.
